Interview
It was for an internal position so I didn't go through all of the extensive rounds of interviews with HR. I did interview with about three people for the position who would be my future colleagues or superiors. They talked about the challenges of the job and what I could bring to the position to be successful. They did ask a few "Tell me about a time" scenario questions dealing with difficult personalities.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target

Begins with phone interview with HR Rep. Based on phone interview and completed application, HR will review employment and references to determine if they want to bring you in.
