Interview
You first have to answer a lot of questions on their website and then watch videos and answer questions based on the videos in stage one. stage two is a video interview where you watch a video of someone asking you a question and you have to record yourself responding. stage three is orientation day
Online application and in store interview to discuss retail/customer service experience. Having some previous restaurant experience was seen as a plus but definitely not necessary. Met with some of the other baristas to see if there was a good team vibe. Offer received same day.

How have you handled a customer who was displeased with your service?
Pretty straight forward. It is really like every interview at any big box store. They didn't ask anything particular. They mainly focused on if you could get to work on time and if you were available. They worked with anyone who was in school (hs or college)
