I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Denver, CO) in Sep 2022
Interview
Most of the interview process was done online. At the end of the written information interview you had a separate video interview where you had to explain different ways you dealt with situations at various times in your life. Once that was done, I was contacted by one of the stores that I had selected for one of the jobs that was on my list. I interviewed over the phone for a short time and then came in for another in-person interview. The last part of the interview process was the offer in the employee portal.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Discuss one time you had to deal with a difficult situation that needed to involve calling a manager, supervisor, or authorities,
Received a phone call. Scheduled an interview. Chatted with two people and answered questions related to posted position. Everyone was friendly. The process took less than an hour, and I had a job offer before I left the building.
Filled out on line application and was called same day for phone screen and conditional offer. Signed and accepted offer through on line portal and set up for a training schedule within a day of signed offer.
Very simple interview process back when I interviewed. Applied, got a call shortly after to set up a phone interview, then moved to an in-person interview/orientation after the initial interview.
