Interview
Call interview for about 20 minutes followed up with video interview for about 30 minutes. Most of it was explaining the role, culture, responsibilities, and others. It was almost like a conversation.
Standard 3 round interview process. Was happy to meet with multiple managers. Interviewers encouraged the use of the STAR method. Had an opportunity to meet with the site manager and human resources team.

During the phone interview for the position of Executive Intern at Target, I had a positive and engaging experience.
