I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Riverview, FL) in Oct 2014
Interview
First a phone interview. Then followed by a one on one interview. Quick easy and straight to the point. Asked simple questions that correlated with Target's Vibe philosophy. It was a great experience seeing it was the first real interview.
