Easy because all you had to do was record your answers to questions and then submit it. Also it gave you three attempts to redo your video so you don’t have to be perfect the first time

How do you interact with people who have a different perspective
I did an online interview followed by a phone call, which were both went pretty smoothly compared to most interviews I have done. The questions in the video interview are the usual interview questions, and the phone call were mostly confirming my hiring.
I was first interviewed by team lead then the store’s manager. They asked situational questions that were very easy to answer. Then they made a hiring decision right on the spot.

Interview
I did a virtual interview on HireVue and then was called in for a follow up a few days later, in person. The virtual interview was easy and you could re-record your answers up to 3 times.
