Basic interview questions about my work experience and questions about myself. Pretty basic interview and fairly common interview questions. How much retail experience, what is your availability, can you work holidays etc. Are you in school.

What is your customer experience? Name a time when you had to deal with an upset customer and how you handled it?
Simple, asked about availability and some experience. Otherwise they asked me to go through my resume, since I started as seasonal they were not very harsh about it and it seemed like they decided they wanted me by the end of the interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Okemos, MI)
Interview
Simple, they asked basic questions. It was in person and face to face. I interviewed at a separate location and transferred. Transferring was hard, the staff does not communicate well
Very short and casual, Asked about availability and what is my favourite thing about Target. Didn't last more than 20 minutes and the interviewer was well prepared. You have the choice to do virtual or physical interviews. I chose virtual.
