Interview
I applied inside the store on a kiosk. When I was finished I was given the option of picking up the red phone if I was ready for an interview or return at a different time. I was ready. Was directed upstairs for my first interview. Immediately went to another room for a second interview with a different Manager. Signed some paper work and was sent for drug test. Background check cleared. So I started with in a week.
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

Describe a time you had to adjust what you were working on to support the needs of a group or team
After submitting myapplication through the Target Careers portal, i completed a brief, automated assessment of mywork availability and job-related skills. i then received an email invitation to complete a recorded video interview, where i was asked 5–8 pre-recorded questions. For each prompt, i received 2 minutes of preparation time and up to 3 minutes to record my answer.
