I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Oct 2009
Interview
Very fast and easy interview, mainly because this was for a seasonal position before the holidays and they were interviewing many candidates that day. Questions were typical and expected ('tell me about a time when...', strengths, weaknesses, etc.). I met with a total of 2 Team Leads before being sent to the ETL - HR and offered the position.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Folsom, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was rushed and a little messy. It was clear they were desperate for staff and would hire anybody. They asked really typical interview questions (strengths, weaknesses, etc) but barely processed my answers.

Question 1
What are your greatest strengths? Recall a time when you overcame a challenge at work.
I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2020
Interview
The interview for seasonal team members is very quick. I was scheduled to come in for an interview that last about 30 minutes. Attire for employees is casual, but I dressed in business casual. I was interviewed by a Leader, not necessarily the HR person. They have set questions they have to ask and fill out on their system. They also asked for availability and gave a brief description of the type of seasonal work they needed. I happened to be in fulfillment.
