I did an online interview followed by a phone call, which were both went pretty smoothly compared to most interviews I have done. The questions in the video interview are the usual interview questions, and the phone call were mostly confirming my hiring.
They only based hiring off of the online interview. I felt really rushed; you had 2 minutes to answer each question and there were 5 questions. Felt like I had to cram a lot of info into not enough time, to where I'm surprised that they got to know me as a candidate at all.
I was first interviewed by team lead then the store’s manager. They asked situational questions that were very easy to answer. Then they made a hiring decision right on the spot.
