Interview
It was a lot of "What would you do in this scenario" and how to approach it. Its all open ended and just answer the way they want you to answer it with a customer focus.

Question 1
"Tell me about a time where you had a dispute with a co-worker and how did you resolve it?"
First you answer the questions on their website. A lot of questions. Then if they like you they send you an email that u need to film an interview where you answer the questions they asked.
Very easy, and management was great. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Not hard at all, I told them about my work experience and they asked me questions about what my hobbies were.
In person at the location you applied to. Filled out paperwork. If you get a call you basically have the job. Just show up to fill paper work and do training. Very easy and simple process.
