Interview
After completing the online application, an email was sent with a video link to respond to five questions from the company. Once that is complete, your responses are submitted to hiring store. I was contacted by the departments manager and called in for a face to face interview which consisted of sharing my experiences in handling stressful situations. Starting salary was briefly discussed but not finally negotiated as well as covering the scope of the position. An opportunity to ask questions was also given.

Question 1
When given an opportunity to resolve a situation with a disgruntled guest, how was the situation handled and what was the outcome for the guest?
Average they asked the standard questions that you would expect in a interview. Had to interview with 3 different individuals. Including a manager, director of department
And someone in Human Resources.department.
You have to record some videos answering some questions about your experiences and how they could translate to the position. After that, if approved, a recruiter reaches out to schedule an interview with the hiring manager at the store. Super simple!
