Received a phone call after putting in an online application about 3-4 weeks. Was asked general questions such as "Why Target?" "Previous Jobs" "What do you bring to the position/Target?" In person interview next day.

Nothing really. All very generic questions you hear at every interview.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
