They called me then I came in for an in person interview. They asked me about my past experiences and why I wanted to work for target. I then had another interview with their HR representative after which I was offered the job.

Tell us about a time you had to tell a customer something they didn’t want to hear?
Virtual interview with 5 questions, you record and submit. You can pause and redo an individual response up to 3 times. The in-person interview they called me in for repeated the exact same questions.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
