I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Napa, CA)
Interview
I applied online and in about a month or so I got a call back saying they were interested. I scheduled a phone interview and that lasted for about an hour. After that I was asked if I could come in for a one on one interview. It was all the basic questions like 'What are your strengths and weaknesses?'

I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Miramar, FL) in Jun 2026
Interview
I answered 5 recorded interview questions and 1 Q&A. You get 2-3 mins to answer the 5 questions, and the Q&A has no time limit, it was surprisingly easy to prepare myself for.
