Target contacted me after finding my resume in my school's resume book. I completed a phone interview, and a few weeks later they flew me out to Minneapolis for a day-long office visit There were about 40 potential interns there, applying for a variety of positions throughout the organization. We were treated to some presentations from senior executives and panel discussions with current employees. Then there were 2 back-to-back 30 minute interviews.
