Asked questions about incidents that could possibly happen and how you would respond to said incidents. Fairly easy and quick process. Interviewer as well as department manager bring you around store and encourage you to interact with guest to test your abilities in actual job situations.
HireVue with 2 tries. Very easy. Behavioral questions. Just show that you're excited to work with them. After using HireVue, you will receive an email and phone call from them.

Interview
It was a video interview. I received a email stating I was selected to interview. You follow the link and it describes the process. I recorded myself answering questions. You have 3 tries before it automatically submitted.
You basically interview over the phone and send back a short recording of your self. They will ask you questions and allow you to answer the questions over the phone recording. They also give you the chance to delete and re-record if you like.
