I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2009
Interview
It's very long and exhausting. If you are not from Harvard, don't bother. Be sure that you are also beautiful and insanely outgoing. They only hire young people so hopefully you are under 25. It consists of a company overview, Minneapolis overview, company tour, lunch, 2 30 min interviews, and a wine and cheese reception.

Question 1
Describe a time when you were in stark disagreement with a coworker and describe what you did. Situation, Action, and result.
It consisted of a phone screen with HR followed by 30-minute virtual interviews with three others. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. I was surprised there was no in-person portion.
