Applied, heard back from HR within a week, interviewed within 2 days from that, offered the job on the spot, and started 2 weeks later. Orientation was very easy and training was a breeze.
Applied online and completed an online video interview where you recorded yourself answering questions. You had three retakes before you had to submit the final version. After I got a call with minimal questions and offered the job.
Very formal. Asked my strengths and weaknesses which was very in depth. They asked my why I wanted to work there and what i could contribute to the team. Make sure you come prepared with answers about yourself and why you want to work there
