I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2017
Interview
I interviewed 3 separate times at 2 different locations. It was quite dysfunctional and both stores had not communicate the same details to me as they had to each other about the position. I actually had one store director call me and tell me the position I wanted was no longer open, only to find out they were still looking to hire me.

Question 1
First round interviews are basic questions about yourself and your experience. Second round are more situational. Ex: What would you do if a guest was looking at an item on a mannequin? What would you do if we were out of stock on an item a guest wanted? etc.
Great overall interview I was basically asked my visual merchandising experience and how can I be an asset to the store. The interview went very smooth. I would say apply at Target a lot of great opportunities
I received a call inviting me in for the first in person interview. It was an individual one on one; followed by another one on one, second in person interview.

Question 1
Tell me why you think you would be a good addition to the Target team and culture.
I've only completed the first step which was a recorded interview. I believe I am supposed to have additional interviews after that. It's been a seamless and stress-free interview process so far.
