Interview
I was called by HR staff and was told about the position opening and I was asked if was interested. I was interviewed by 3 people. The first interview was with the department leader, for whom I had to wait a couple of xtras days, because he was sick. He was very polite and straight to the point. He asked me about 5 different type of standard behaivoral questions. Then he scheduled my for a second round of question with the store leader. I was asked similar questions and was asked to if I had any questions. Then he told me that I was the kind of candidate that he is looking for sent a message to HR to start the hiring process. The final phase was with HR which was more of a paperwork filling out asking question about drugs and stuff like that. I got the job offer that day.

It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.

I received a phone call to set up an interview. Then, it was a one on one interview with two separate mangers in the same day. Most questions to do with why I thought I could be successful as a Target team member.
