I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Northridge, CA) in Jul 2013
Interview
I applied online and got called back 2 weeks later to schedule a phone interview. The interview lasted about 20 mins. These are the questions they asked me:
Tell me about yourself
Tell me about a time when you had multiple projects due
Tell me about time when you went out of your way to help someone
Tell me about a time you had to work as a part of a team
Tell me about any type of experience you have
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Miramar, FL) in Jun 2026
