I applied online. I received a call to schedule an interview. I did three interviews in one day. Pretty basic interview questions. But it was a lot of questions. Was offered the job after meeting with the store manager.

Describe a time where you had to take charge of a team. What did you do and was your goal accomplished.
The interview process was smooth, everyone was lovely, and I enjoyed the conversation with the whole team.
I talked to two managers, the store manager and HR, both were very friendly and welcoming.

it was fairly easy, I had an online interview as well as an in person one. they asked a lot of questions and were thrall. they have me a lot of scenarios and had me talk about my experiences with difficult customers
Easy, online interview, can re-record video answers, can leave and come back into interview anytime. I would recommend having your answers written out once the video asks a question, so you can answer fast. Gives you 30 seconds to think of answer, can re-record up to 2 times. Answer can be up to four min.
