First round interview was completely behavioral/ situational with only 3-4 questions.
Got called in for a second round of interviews in which I was flown in to Minneapolis. (2nd round had two interviews, both behavioral/situational)

Had recruiter interviews that went well and got good feedback mentioning they were likely to move me forward. But when the actual team interview came around they rejected me immediately. Like they had a plan to use my interviews to ensure they’re doing what they need just to hire internally. Was a bummer for good promise

5 interviews with 4 different people. First was phone screening with a HR rep, then 4 other interviews with different leaders of the department. Pretty casual but questions were very scripted.
