I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Apex, NC) in Apr 2007
Interview
With Target they make you apply in the kiosks in the store. One of the managers came and talked to me right after we finished and we scheduled an interview for 2 days later....very quick. In the actual interview I was questioned by two people and had to take a drug test...they were very understanding with the fact that I'd never had a job before and it was hard for me to answer some of the questions. They offered me the job at the end. It was definitely a quick interview process, the longest part was the interview itself which probably took around an hour.

The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had to interact with customers
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
