I had a phone interviews and then in store interviews. The phone interview was with the recruiter. I had applied for a different position but after talking with me, she mentioned the Visual Merchandiser position based on some of my experience. That position would be available soon and I had the option to apply for it.

Great overall interview I was basically asked my visual merchandising experience and how can I be an asset to the store. The interview went very smooth. I would say apply at Target a lot of great opportunities
I received a call inviting me in for the first in person interview. It was an individual one on one; followed by another one on one, second in person interview.

I've only completed the first step which was a recorded interview. I believe I am supposed to have additional interviews after that. It's been a seamless and stress-free interview process so far.
