After applying online i was called within a week or two to come in for an interview. After waiting two hours to be interviewed they said they will call me for the orientation details. Months went by and they finally called with the orientation details.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
