I was contacted over email to come in for an interview, and was scheduled to come in for a second interview after the first. Both interviewers were laid back and friendly. Most of the questions are scenario questions where they want you to bring up past experiences.

What are some things you've done that qualify you for the job?
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
