Two interviews with management. Standard interview process with floor manager and secondary interview with general manager. Asked standard interview questions about work experience and previous customer/guest encounters. Very nice and pleasant.

Name a time when you worked with someone to reach a goal.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
