I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Knoxville, TN) in Aug 2012
Interview
After applying online they called me to setup an interview. I set my appointment at 12:00 It took them 30 minutes until the actual interview began. They than took me into a room in their offices and asked me a series of questions. There were a lot of essay questions, highly unnecessary for such a trivial job. I got an email a week later saying I didn't get the job. They will pay everyone 7.25 an hour and there is no negotiating. Seems like a very corporalt place to work that does not care about their employees, after several testimonials from current employees.
