HR and a Team Lead will interview (separately). Questions consist of "name a time when..." A lot of questions challenge you to describe specific situations, like when you failed to meet a deadline and how did you make up for it, or explain the last time you succeeded working on a team and your contribution. Expect a long time to get you worked into the schedule (took me a month before I started working) unless you're being hired during holidays.

The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!
