I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Glenville, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
3 different people Interview you and because of this, the process is a bit long. However, each person was very friendly. Once they hire you, the wait to actually start is the long part. I applied and got interviewed in January and they hired me on the spot but didn't call me about orientation and training until April.

fairly simple the interview process includes an online application, possible assessment, and an in-store interview focused on customer service and availability, followed by a conditional offer, background check, and orientation
