Interview
Initially there was a phone interview which consisted of 3 behavioral question.
EX: tell me about a time you worked on a project
Then an online questionnaire that can take up to one hour to take.
Third was a face to face interview process with three separate managers. all interviews also consisted of behavioral question, each manager asked about 3 to 4 questions.
EX: tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision
EX: tell me about a time you had to make two opposing point of views agree.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to adjust to a situation quickly
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.
There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.

Interview
The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
