I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Lansing, MI) in Apr 2017
Interview
Went to Customer Service Desk, checked in with an employee and mentioned I was there for an interview. I was told to sit in the Starbucks (most targets have one or a food service). Then the person interviewing me found me and introduced herself, and we walked to her office in the back of the store. There were 3 parts tot the interview. The 3rd part was meeting with the team manager, where I was offered a position.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Keene, NH)
Interview
Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
fairly simple the interview process includes an online application, possible assessment, and an in-store interview focused on customer service and availability, followed by a conditional offer, background check, and orientation
