I originally applied to Target through my university's career website. When Target came to the career fair my school was hosting, I was offered an interview for the sales and marketing position. They were quite happy with the experience on my resume and said I was qualified for the job. The next day I interviewed with the company and was asked some pretty basic personal and scenario questions. Surprisingly there was not a second interview and they called me within 2 weeks and offered me the position.

STAR type questions, behavioral, and excel base. It was an easy process overall, They low ball your salary for the FADP. Keep interviewing at other companies, so you can negotiate your salary.
Interview on Campus through university. They invited me on the campus and I interviewed with their hiring manager and applied online. A few weeks later they called me and gave me the offer.
