I applied at Target through referal. The HR team reached out asked basic screening questions (past salary, expectation, comfort with role in Banaglore). Then I had an interview with Director of Belonging and CSR.
All these were done virtually.

Asked about alignment of my experience with the job dicription. Most of the questions were in relation to the JD. They also asked about on project or initaitive which failed, one which was successful.
