Video interviews are the main key. If you don't pass the video interview, you'll more than likely be told that they'll choose another candidate. They also tend to hire people faster who have open availability.

When was there a time where you had to be a leader?
Everything as far as I reached was completed remotely. I submitted an application online, then received via email expressing interest to have me submit a virtual interview on video answering 6 questions, along with 2 links. The company started as handling it was called HireVue. Neither link worked & only gave the same error messages no matter which browser used.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Druid Hills, GA) in May 2024

You typically receive an email inviting you for a virtual interview. The questions are already pre-recorded so all you need to do is answer the six questions that will be asked.

The interview was very interesting. They used an online platform to interview. You just film yourself responding to questions a viola! They give you three tries and a couple of practice questions to start.
