Target uses a AI generated screening tool for the first step in process when applying for work with them. I thought I was pretty prepared for this interview and felt good about my answers to the questions, but ended up not being selected to move forward.

Leading up to the initial screen they had WOTC questions, one of which asks candidates if they are over the age of 40, which to me seems wrong since the answer could be used to discriminate.
