Was a number of video interviews that thay would review later and then get back to you. There was no "real Interview", you never met with anyone until after you get hired and attend orientation.

Question 1
How would you respond to an angered customer and what would you do to deescalate.
Applied online and completed an online video interview where you recorded yourself answering questions. You had three retakes before you had to submit the final version. After I got a call with minimal questions and offered the job.
Very formal. Asked my strengths and weaknesses which was very in depth. They asked my why I wanted to work there and what i could contribute to the team. Make sure you come prepared with answers about yourself and why you want to work there
