Initial phone call with the HR Manager and then a follow up phone call with the sales manager. Both were very professional, courteous, and attentive. They were actually interested in my background.

Interview
It was a 4 hour interview where i met 4 different people. Unlike many other interviews there was more interest in what kind of person I am than what experience I have. I loved the people focused mindset.
