Tangent Design Engineering Firmware Developer interview questions

Initial phone screening, and then an on-premise interview and tour afterwards. Was told to expect an offer the following week, which was then delayed over the course of a month with weekly follow-ups all saying the same thing. A month later, several scheduled phone calls were missed, with an eventual 5 minute call again promising an offer. No follow ups afterwards. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from management, but a pleasant experience with the interviewer.
