A poor procces, clearly a terrible working environment. The interviewer looked down on me and didn’t have any respect for low power roles do not go for a job here

HR sent me a date in the past which I had to query. The interview time was change 3 times. When I arrived, my name wasn't in the visitors book. The microteach I had prepared didn't go ahead because they couldn't get the learners in. I was told this on my way to the interview room. It was a farce from start to finish. Compared with other recent interviews, it demonstrated the culture and sheer incompetency of the college.
