I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Talantage Staffing Solutions (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2025
Interview
I was contacted regarding an opportunity for a senior accounting role. The interviewer was visibly tired. Apparently, her exhaustion caused her to be irritable and curt during the interview. When I was asked about the salary I was expecting in my next job, interestingly enough, she said this position was paying $1k higher than the amount I stated. I knew immediately the role was paying less than what I stated because it was written all over her face. Her whole approach was just unprofessional.
Never made it to the interview stage, but really bizarre experience that seems to echo what other candidates have stated about this company.
I applied for a Human Resources role but received a rejection email almost immediately. A few minutes later, I received an invitation to a phone interview for another HR role. I accepted the invitation and scheduled a call with Tasha, the company owner. A day later, a random recruiter called and left me a rushed voicemail saying the position was filled and they were cancelling the interview. Why would you continue scheduling interviews if you were in the late stages of the hiring process? So weird and a waste of time.

Interview
Interview was less than 30 minutes and I was hired on the spot, major red flag. Seemed to be in a rush and didn’t ask many questions. Hyped up the office to make it seem more appealing.
