Once technical round, one managerial round, one HR round, one Salary Negotiation Round, long wait, Another HR round, another Leadership round, Another HR round, Another Negotiation Round... why 30 words?

I have interviewed in take solutions in 2015. The interview take three rounds. One is written second is technically and thrid is hr. The interview was good and they expect good knowledge. If u have knowledge u will get selected.
