Tailor Made Compounding interview questions

Had a lovely in-person interview, place seemed friendly and energetic. Was then completely ghosted, sent multiple emails and calls, no response whatsoever. Seemed like they were intentionally avoiding me for some reason? Very strange and unprofessional.
