Friendly chat. Asked me if I had ever waitressed before, or what relevant experience I had, and how I would fit it into my University working schedule. Lovely working environment, and a close knit set of staff. Allowed to eat food on shift.

Interview

Trail shift instead of an interview. Lasted 2-3 hours and was straight forward. Asked about previous experience and allowed me to show my skills via physical work opposed to describing like at a formal interview. Come dressed casually.
