Interview
Typical 4 stages interview:
first screening / second tech / 3d tech with the team / executives round and i guess thats it.
Made it through first two stages.
Those were arranged pretty fast and smooth.

There were quite some red flags:
- "We are really fast-paced start up" -however no equity
- "We want to build the 1st World-class engineering org in Germany" - there are already some
- Was interviewed by an intern at first stage
