I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Taco Bell (Hialeah, FL) in Dec 2017
Interview
First, I applied online and the next day I went to Taco bell to let the manager know I had applied. She was busy and just asked for my number, but I went later (because a friend who works there told me she wasn't so busy anymore) and then once she saw me she told to come back tomorrow for an interview.
The interview in itself were just a few questions about myself, was I a student, what did I do, could I have a flexible schedule, how old I was, etc. She also told me something important for her was seeing a persons behavior during an interview and that was it. It was pretty simple.
Went well but they didn’t hire me after turning down my application 2 other times for whatever reason and that being the third. They don’t actually care about hiring employees and their management is lazy.
It was thorough but not too annoying. They kept it brief while at the same time asking a lot of questions and being very stern. It was an overall good interview although I never got called back for the job. I assume the position was filled by a more trustworthy candidate as I was not giving off that impression at the time.
It was very quick an easy, the manager she was very polite. She asked couple questions also ask if I needed to tell her anything so overall nice interview I left really confident with interview so yea.
