I worked at Taco Bell part-time

    Pros

I got free food on my breaks, kind staff, fast pace makes time pass by

    Cons

Can be overwhelming as a result of being understaffed sometimes, as well, the longer you work there, the more jobs they'll make you do. For example, if you were a cashier, they'd eventually reach how to make the food so they could have extra hands

    Advice to Management

Schedule shifts better so it's not understaffed

I worked at Taco Bell full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours, ideal for someone in school or with a second job.
    Friendly workers

    Cons

Your forced to do more work that you don't get extra pay for.
Any raises you get are gone when a wage increase goes up so you repeated hit minimum wage no matter how long you've been there and no much you know/do.

    Advice to Management

Your good workers that earn their raises, let them KEEP their raises whenever minimum wage goes up.
Don't treat your employees as if they're all easily replaceable. Some are, but your good ones will be hard to replace and train.

    Pros

Nothing to say. The only good thing about this job is, Some of the customers will try to tip you money.

    Cons

Ask for a day off, people you work with will immediately attack you, For example "do you need the day off", whats so important,
    You need the money right!

    Advice to Management

Wait and look for a better job.
