I went in for an interview which took about 2 minutes. I was asked NO questions. The hiring manager said she didn't want anymore teenagers working for her. That was pretty much it.

The only question that was asked was about my age..which was on the application.
You get called into the restaurant and they ask you questions, they ask about experience, working with others and availability, they ask you job specific questions it's like most other companies in fast food
I was offered the job on the spot, but third shift wasn't optimal for me so I ended up declining the position. Friendly manager that was direct about their staffing challenges
